Dial An Exchange (DAE), the leading holiday property owners exchange club, will focus on continued growth and expanding its member benefits as it gathers for its Global Conference in London.

Leading Dial An Exchange executives from across the world, will meet at the St Ermin’s Hotel, 2 Caxton St, London from September 30 – October 3, 2012. Together they will spend four days sharing strategies on future growth and highlighting the projects that have worked in their individual teams in the past 12 months.

Delegates include Ramy Filo, chairman of DAE International, DAE Global’s chief executive Francis Taylor and DAE executives from the US, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India and China. There will also be many representatives from the UK and other countries in Europe, including Christina Tossi and Renata Patara of Dial An Exchange’s new Italy office and Bulgaria-based Gareth Edwards of Dial An Exchange’s new Eastern Europe office.

Oliver Green, Dial An Exchange’s managing director Europe, explained: “We are very open and inclusive, and want to share and learn about programmes, advertising and resort initiatives which have brought benefits to our members.

“By the end of the conference, we hope to have many examples of best practice, which we can all take home and implement to ensure we continue to grow and provide an ever-improving service.”

Following a welcome reception and Thames dinner cruise on Sunday, the main conference sessions will be held from Monday, October 1 through to Wednesday, October 3. These will focus on growing inventory, improving product and service offerings and marketing.

On Tuesday, October 2, Dial An Exchange is inviting its partners including resort developers, and companies providing a range of services to resorts, to join them at an Industry Drinks Reception to catch up on all the great work of the past year.

“It will be fantastic opportunity to meet our partners, discuss how we can collectively ensure our members get the best possible service and socialise,” added Green.
